At Devlin & Booth we have 16 years’ experience in the Electrical industry. We design, install and commission across all sectors of the industry but primarily domestic and commercial new build installations.
We have 12 Years’ experience as a NICEIC approved contractor. We have carried out Electrical Installation Condition Reports on properties ranging from domestic houses to full industrial manufacturing plants. Ensuring our clients premises are safe and compliant for their insurer’s needs.
At Devlin & Booth we have excellent project management skills with over 10 years’ experience managing projects valued from £1k to £1m. Ensuring that we always meet the client’s deadlines and ensure we work to the highest health and safety standards at all times.

The design and installation of smart home technologies that allows homeowners to control appliances, thermostats, lights, and other devices remotely using a smartphone or tablet through an internet connection. Fire Alarm Installations in domestic, commercial and industrial buildings, adhering to all current building regulations.
Door entry system
The design and installation of all door access control systems.
Emergency lighting
Emergency Installations in domestic, commercial and industrial buildings, adhering to all current building regulations. We can incorporate wired or wireless technology to allow for self-test capabilities. Reducing the cost of maintenance and manual periodic testing of the system.
CCTV systems
The design, supply, installation and commission of all CCTV systems which can be remotely monitored on a PC or mobile phone from anywhere in the world.
EV charging (coming soon)
Coming in 2020 we will be providing EV charging installations to our clients. We have expert knowledge and will be able to provide schemes that will help customers get the best economic saving out of their EV charging installation
Electrical Installation Condition Reporting (EICR)
Whether your premises is a house, school or industrial unit, we can carry out an Electrical Installation Condition Report to all sectors ensuring our clients premises are safe and compliant for their employees and insurer’s needs.
